Qualifications

The Role of a Site Manager:

The Site Manager is responsible for the domestic repairs & maintenance, minor projects, and compliance of the premises.

  • Ensure the environment is safe, welcoming, clean, and in good repair
  • Maintain high standards of record keeping and reporting
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations and standards
  • Manage maintenance workload proactively
  • Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager on projects
  • Identify and complete projects to improve the facility
  • Manage grounds maintenance

What You Will Bring:

  • Building and Maintenance knowledge
  • Experience with compliance and record keeping
  • Trade background (preferred but not essential)

Requirements include an Enhanced DBS check and references, with online searches as part of safeguarding procedures. Care is taken to avoid bias in suitability assessments.
