We are seeking a Maintenance Shift Manager based in our state-of-the-art 2.5 million square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, one of the most advanced warehouses in the UK, spanning over 30 football pitches. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates motivated by responsibility and accountability during a period of cultural change and elevation—embracing Frasers Group values in all you do.
You will lead the Engineering Team, directing activities to minimize downtime and ensure uptime and availability of automated equipment. Through technical leadership and a commitment to service quality, you will support operations by utilizing a broad skill set, proactively improving performance and reliability. You will spend 50% of your time leading the team and 50% engaged in hands-on maintenance activities.
Applicants should have prior leadership experience in automation, a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor teams effectively.
