Overview

Shift Engineering Team Leader – Loughborough, 3-shift pattern, £51,803 per year.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for leading a small team of engineers to ensure plant performance, reliability, and safety. You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers within the maintenance team
  • Deliver preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise output
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Drive improvements in OEE through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across site
