Job Introduction

In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Shift Engineer for our Spa at Pennyhill Park. Working alongside the maintenance team, you will ensure all facilities within the Spa are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve carrying out PPM to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Role Responsibility

Lots to do but lots of fun

• Ensure all Health and Safety & statutory requirements are carried out timely, with records kept up to date.
• Maintain and service plant and controls within the Spa, keeping them in full working condition.
• Perform PPM on all Spa plant rooms and public areas.
• Maintain public areas within the Spa to high standards, exceeding customer needs.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Support departmental projects or tasks as needed.
• Build rapport with external contractors for smooth servicing and maintenance.
• Knowledge of BMS systems.
