Job Description:

Overview

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer living in or around Guildford? We are recruiting for our facilities maintenance team, where you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients. Salary: £29,244 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, overtime, a 4% bonus, company van with personal use, fuel card, smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client sites are fully maintained and operational.
• Travel to client locations within your area, performing repairs and defect rectification.
• Provide excellent customer service, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.
• Perform tasks such as patch plastering/rendering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, general repairs, lighting, and lock changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades, ideally in building fabric maintenance.
• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient with handheld IT equipment.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Desirable

• NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC in building trades.
• Experience with multi-site retail maintenance.

Additional Information

• 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
