Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Paisley is seeking a Maintenance Services Manager to oversee a busy Estates team and day-to-day building maintenance activities.

You will manage contractors and in-house trades staff, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure health & safety and compliance programmes are followed. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, full-time hours (35 per week), and potential long-term permanent opportunities within a well-respected organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate or facilities environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Solid health & safety and compliance knowledge.
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.
