A leading engineering company is looking for a Building Services Engineer in London. This role involves maintaining HVAC and electrical systems in large office buildings, performing reactive and planned maintenance, and working with an established in-house team. Candidates should have a mechanical apprenticeship and preferred qualifications in Gas Safety. The position offers hybrid working arrangements.
Building services engineers are responsible for ensuring the cost-effective, environmentally sound and sustainable design and maintenance of engineering services in our buildings. Areas of responsibility include all equipment and materials involved with heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts. This is an onsite role based at London with working hours of 36.7 hours in 8 weeks period.
