Job description

Responsible for a group of shops across our 44 sites
Conducting routine weekly maintenance inspections
Performing scheduled serving of machinery
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns
Assisting with shop refurbishments and improvements
Undertaking high-level cleaning tasks
Painting and tiling
The role requires a self driven individual with a good maintenance background in electrical/mechanical
You must have a full driving licence as you will be travelling across the county (work van supplied for use in business hours)
Approx 42.5 hours per week (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. Participation in a weekend call-out rota (1 in every 4 weekends) is required and will be remunerated with a call out fee
Occasional evening and weekend work may also be necessary
