We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler & Planning Leader (m,f,d) to join our team in Gloucester.

What You Will Do

• Improve all maintenance activities by reviewing current performance and proposing improvements in scheduling.
• Utilize sound planning practices and SAP (CMMS) for efficient use of labor, parts, materials, and vendor services.
• Ensure proper planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, liaising with Maintenance Coordinators, the Reliability team, and other departments to track progress and ensure prompt, efficient, and quality service.
• Support the site in effective SAP utilization, including generating weekly and monthly reports.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• SAP or equivalent CMMS experience
• Experience with CI, LEAN methodologies
• Experience with engineering site shutdowns/turnarounds (beneficial)
• Leadership capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a team environment
• Initiative, autonomous work management, and adaptability to changing priorities
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental standards
• Desire for continuous learning and skill development
