£25,500 - £26,000 + BonusOur Nottinghamshire based client is seeking a Maintenance Sales Estimator to join their growing sales team on a permanent basis. As a Maintenance Sales Estimator, you are the first point of contact for all maintenance customers. Your role is instrumental to the smooth operation of the maintenance department, ensuring customer experience is seamless from initial enquiry, order and throughout the maintenance contract.The RoleAs a Maintenance Sales Estimator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming sales calls; provide estimates for water reuse products, including contract renewals, system assessments, site visits, repairs, upgrades, and new services. Seek upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure profitable, feasible quotations delivering optimal solutions.
  • Offer technical support to end users and FM professionals.
  • Manage projects from quote to order and assist in tender processes.
  • Collaborate to meet annual orders, invoiced sales, and profit targets.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs in orders, profitability, and results.
  • Complete PQQs and Pre-let documentation.
  • Negotiate contract terms with support from Directors and legal team.
  • Make courtesy calls for customer satisfaction post-visit.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and stay updated on competitor products.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings; source new leads through research and networking.
