Overview

The Maintenance Reliability Manager will oversee all maintenance activities for a large manufacturing plant that is going through an expansion and will lead machine process development. This role will lead a team of 50+ people with 7 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for a large manufacturing plant undergoing expansion and drive machine process development.
• Manage and develop a team of 50+ personnel with 7 direct reports, coaching, mentoring, and building capability in industrial maintenance, reliability, and project management.
• Proven track record of setting up preventive maintenance (PM) programs and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Preference for candidates with experience in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing.
