Position Reporting To

Maintenance Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute mold changing, mixing, or casting processes.
2. Execute all controls and troubleshooting for procedures.
3. Define daily verification standards for mold, machine, or mixing conditions.
4. Perform level 1 preventative maintenance on molds or machines as needed.
5. Collaborate with Builders and Machine Operators, providing feedback and education to prevent recurrent issues.
6. Propose and develop improvement projects related to mold management, control, and enhancement.
7. Troubleshoot issues on presses and mixing machines, resolve or escalate as needed.
8. Maintain machine condition according to standards (cleanliness, organization, proper material placement).
9. Support implementation of Technology Projects (CAPEX) and Kaizen improvements in collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanic Technician with over 2 years' experience with industrial equipment repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical, organized, with good planning skills.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Legal work authorization to work in the US.
