Job summary
McDonald’s United Kingdom is looking for a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe and well-maintained, ensuring a great customer experience. You will support day-to-day upkeep across the site and work with a friendly, high-energy team to uphold our standards of quality and service.
No prior experience required; full training is provided. Availability to work shifts across weekdays and weekends, including evenings, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Inspect restaurant interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor repairs.
- Maintain and monitor parking facilities for a safe and welcoming environment.
- Organise, receive, and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs with minimal disruption.
- Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
- Follow training and company guidelines on safety, hygiene and operations.
- Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
- Work as a supportive team member to contribute to a positive environment.
