McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Maintenance person to help keep our restaurants running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining outside areas, improving facilities, and supporting fast, high-energy service.

You’ll work with external contractors, ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness, and help the management team operate the store efficiently by keeping equipment and buildings in prime condition. This role offers a dynamic, frontline environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work with external contractors and teams.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior landscaping and parking facilities.
• Paint and varnish surfaces as required.
• Carry out non-electrical repairs and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors to minimize disruption.
• Support restaurant management to keep the store in prime condition.
