Shrewsbury Resourcing is seeking an experienced maintenance plumber to join a Stoke-based contractor’s Customer Care Team. Responsibilities include fault finding and remedial work on unvented hot water systems in newly built houses, and performing maintenance across various plumbing components.

You will visit properties by appointment (not cold calling) and handle residential customers directly, ensuring quick resolution of issues with CSCS card considered a plus for enhanced pay.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified plumber with demonstrable experience of identifying and resolving issues quickly.
• Experience fault finding on G3 unvented hot water storage systems.
• Experience of dealing with residential customers face to face.
• Valid CSCS card

Aufgaben

• Fault finding and remedials on unvented hot water storage systems and plumbing components in newly sold houses.
• Maintenance plumbing work on new build housing estates.
• Attend client houses by appointment (not cold calling) to diagnose and repair faults.
• Carry out fault finding and maintenance on faulty parts, ballvalves, zone valves, leaks and related issues.
