Job summary

Tech-People is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our client on a 1-2 year contract in East Grinstead, UK. The role is temporary to permanent for the right candidates, with on-site parking available and a day rate of £225.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance across the hospital estate, plus general repairs and replacements of taps, sinks, sanitary ware, valves and pipes. You will need a valid CSCS card and DBS check, and you should be reliable, punctual, and able

Qualifications

• CSCS card and DBS check required.
• Experience in planned preventive maintenance on large estates preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is looking for experienced Maintenance Plumbers for their ongoing maintenance contracts. Duration of the project is 1-2 years. The position is temporary to permanent for the right candidates.
