Job Opportunity: Maintenance Plumber – Commercial Buildings (Southampton)
Initial 3-Month Contract – Potential for Extension

Start Date: ASAP
Rate:£18 Per Hour- PAYE Basis

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a range of commercial properties in the Southampton area.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
• Ensuring all works are completed to high standards and within health & safety guidelines
• Collaborating with on-site teams to minimise disruption and maintain service levels

Requirements:

• MUST have commercial maintenance experience within the facilities maintenance industry
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Proven track record in plumbing maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
