Static Maintenance Plumber – Portsmouth

We’re working with a well-established facilities management company to find a reliable, skilled Maintenance Plumber for a static site in Portsmouth. If you’re looking for a steady role where you can get stuck into the job without constantly travelling between sites, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll be based full-time on one commercial site, handling day-to-day plumbing maintenance everything from fixing leaks and diagnosing faults to keeping systems running smoothly. It’s a mix of planned maintenance and the occasional reactive job, working closely with an on-site team that knows their stuff.
What’s on offer:

• Up to £38,000 salary
• Monday to Friday
• A permanent, full-time position

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in commercial or building maintenance
