An established industry player is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their Mobile division. This role involves ensuring that all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are effectively executed across various locations including Birmingham, Telford, Stafford, and Worcester. The successful candidate will be responsible for minor plumbing repairs, working with air handling units, and maintaining heating and hot water systems. Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber covering Birmingham, Telford, Stafford, and Worcester. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday flexible hours
1 in 8 on call
Salary: up to £36,000 Per Annum

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- No formal qualifications required.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites, including:

1. Basic plumbing
2. Working with air handling units
3. Heating and hot water systems
4. Worked on Mechanical Systems
5. Ventilation Systems
6. Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
7. Worked on Steam Systems
8. Minor plumbing repairs
9. Water temperature checks
10. Fire alarm testing
