Randstad C&P is recruiting for an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services across a range of facilities.

Job Title: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Berwick-Upon-Tweed
Contract: Commercial Contract
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the North East?

Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance.
2. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
3. Respond to reactive maintenance requests, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
4. Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
5. Undertake minor project installation tasks.
6. Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1. Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
2. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of water systems and compliance standards (e.g., L8 Awareness).
4. Ability to obtain DBS.
