We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for aMaintenance Plumberto join their team on a key long-term contract with theUniversity of Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber to work primarily onreactive maintenanceacross a large, established site, with occasional mobile support to nearby contracts.

The Role:

• 90% site-basedat the University of Aberdeen
• Predominantly reactive workincluding fault-finding, urgent repairs, and system troubleshooting
• Occasional planned maintenance and minor install work
• Support to nearby contracts as needed
• Part of anon-call rota(1 in 4) with£100/weekstandby allowance

• Salary:£33,000 – £36,000 depending on experience

Ideal Candidate:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Strong experience incommercial reactive maintenance
• Confident diagnosing and resolving a range of plumbing issues
• Domestic gas tickets (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT)are desirable butnot essential
• Full UK driving licence required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
