Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Maintenance Planning Manager to oversee day-to-day CAMO and MRO maintenance planning activities, coordinating with CAMO Delivery Teams and the Maintenance Operations Manager to ensure timely, synchronized maintenance. The role requires strong leadership, methodical attention to detail and solid knowledge of Part CAMO/145.

Qualifications

• Essential: Understanding of aircraft maintenance planning and material planning requirements (Part CAMO / A8-25 & Part 145 / A8-23).
• Methodical with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision or in a team.
• Flexible work ethic to meet timelines.
• Strong team leadership.
• Proactive: identify issues and remediate before impact.
• High computer literacy; competent with Google Docs.
• Able to communicate at all levels; good written and verbal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day AHUK CAMO and MRO maintenance planning activities.
• Coordinate with CAMO Delivery Teams, MRO and Customer Support Managers to balance capability and capacity.
• Coordinate line and base maintenance planning with Maintenance Operations Manager.
• Arrange materials planning and raise reservations/purchase requisitions.
• Raise scheduled maintenance work orders.
• Participate in weekly resource planning meetings to set in/out dates for interventions.
• Provide cross-functional support within CAMO; drive continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties as required by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
