Job Description

Maintenance Planner required for an immediate start in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for a Planner to join the team in Edinburgh. Training will be provided; however, prior experience and knowledge of planning are required. This role is initially a 12-month temporary position.

Daily Responsibilities

• Planning & Coordination of workflow from the Helpdesk
• Prioritising numerous PPMs
• Monitoring the progress of work and communicating delays
• Client call handling and fault creation on the CMMS
• Supporting the CAFM system daily, especially in planning & coordination to ensure effective operation of maintenance processes
• Monitoring CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) and reporting on logged tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable)
• Planning experience
• Proven experience in a similar role
• DBS clearance
