Job Description: Maintenance Planner required for an immediate start in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for a Planner to join the team in Edinburgh. Training will be provided; prior experience and knowledge of planning is required.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate workflow from the Helpdesk to enable effective maintenance execution.
  • Prioritise numerous Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of work and communicate any delays to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle client calls and create faults on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Support on a day-to-day basis the CAFM system and provide Planning & Coordination support to Team Leaders to ensure effective operation of planned and reactive maintenance processes.
  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) and monitoring related services data management, including reporting and tracking of all tasks logged on the system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable).
  • Planning experience.
  • Proven experience within a similar role.
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
