Job summary

Etex in Bristol is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimise maintenance across the site, reporting to the Reliability Manager. You will drive planning meetings, ensure material readiness, and keep records up to date in the CMMS, contributing to asset reliability and safety.

You will work with maintenance teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient maintenance operations while supporting continuous improvement and Zero Harm goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments is required.
• Experience using CMMS to manage maintenance activities and asset records.
• Proven track record in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience in RCA investigations and problem solving.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability.
• Lead maintenance planning and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure spare parts and materials are available for planned maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance performance and report deviations to relevant teams.
• Review and approve maintenance work packages with Senior Engineers.
• Ensure risk assessments, permits and safety requirements are in place before work starts.
• Support contractors and teams to ensure safe and compliant completion of work.
• Maintain accurate asset and maintenance records in the CMMS.
• Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm objectives.
