Job summary

Synergi Search & Select Ltd in Peterborough is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join a global FMCG site. You will plan maintenance on high-speed production equipment, coordinate a CMMS and ensure PM compliance while supporting cost-efficient downtime.

The successful candidate will bring experience in maintenance planning, contractor management, data analysis and shutdown planning, with CMMS use (Piranha). The role offers a Monday–Friday days shift with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning.
• Managing contractors and suppliers.
• Data analysis to optimise maintenance.
• Shutdown planning and scheduling.
• CMMS experience (Piranha).

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
• Develop and administer CMMS system.
• Coordinate engineering stores and resource readiness for PM compliance.
• Optimize maintenance programmes based on data and stakeholder input.
• Track KPI data to improve asset uptime and control costs.
• Liaise with stakeholders on upcoming maintenance activities.
• Maintain legal obligations and service records.
• Monitor costs and variances using on-site systems.
• Participate in operations/maintenance review meetings.
