The role involves safely and effectively planning and scheduling all plant maintenance work, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time and place.

The recipe! (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)

The purpose of this role is to prioritize engineering work requests and plan maintenance tasks based on risk, within scheduled plant shutdowns and during production. You will own the shutdown planning process (routine and ad-hoc), including chairing shutdown meetings and reporting.

Ensure clear communication between shutdown teams and resolve scheduling conflicts related to shutdown activities (cleaning, maintenance, contract maintenance, projects, operations). Provide advanced labor requests from the central team and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient work delivery. You will own the stores management process and meetings, and gatekeep the CMMS system to ensure consistent use across personnel.

Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Weetabix processes. Lead planning CI workstreams.

Requirements
