Maintenance Planner and Administrator

Location: Ashington

Contract: Permanent and Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions until 31st March 2026.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,142.00 per annum

Closing Date: Tuesday 12th August 2025, 5pm

  1. Planning and scheduling trade resources
  2. Delivering high-level business support and administrative activities
  3. Providing advice, support, and guidance on repairs and maintenance issues
  4. Maintaining accurate records for meaningful KPIs and management information
About you:

You’ll need:

  1. Experience in repairs and maintenance functions
  2. Experience working with Salesforce
  3. Experience scheduling trade resources, administering repairs, and maintaining records
  4. Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with changing priorities
  5. Good organisational skills, influencing skills, and keen attention to detail
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
