Your role in our team

• Responsible for all planning, control, and monitoring tasks to process orders and work on automation efficiently and economically.
• Define work content, procedures, and processes; optimize based on system, cost, and performance data to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinate planned and unplanned work with the Maintenance Manager.
• Determine, plan, and coordinate the need for personnel, materials, and equipment, ensuring availability at the right time.
• Continuously analyze KPIs and monitor production and maintenance planning to ensure timely and appropriate work execution.

Ideal candidate profile

• Relevant electrical and/or mechanical qualification and/or successful completion of Dual Training Programme as Electrician and/or Mechanic.
• Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in automated systems or warehouse management.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in maintenance, project planning, engineering, technology, order planning, or control.
• Knowledge of IT systems; CMMS software, MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the design and function of logistics equipment (material flow).
