Your Role in Our Team:

• Responsible for planning, control, and monitoring tasks to process orders and work on automation efficiently and economically
• Define work content, procedures, and processes; optimize based on system, cost, and performance data to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient completion
• Coordinate planned and unplanned work with the Maintenance Manager
• Determine, plan, and coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment needs, ensuring availability
• Continuously analyze KPIs and monitor production and maintenance planning to ensure timely and appropriate work execution

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification or successful completion of Dual Training Programme as Electrician and/or Mechanic
• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance with industrial equipment and machinery, preferably in automated equipment or warehouse management
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, project planning, engineering, technology, order planning, or control
• Knowledge of IT systems, CMMS software, and MS Office applications
• Understanding of logistics equipment design and functionality (material flow)
