Job Title – Maintenance Planner

Location: Northampton Brewery

Job Length: X1 Permanent & X1 18 Month FTC

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic brands like Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, and Wainwright. Our soft drinks portfolio includes J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, and the licensed Pepsi portfolio including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

If interested, we are recruiting for 2 Maintenance Planners. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role is vital to our success and involves:

Role Responsibilities:

• Communicating maintenance plans, priorities, and progress to management and teams.
• Developing and managing maintenance schedules aligned with production.
• Creating overhaul plans with predictive and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintaining accurate data in the CMMS system.
• Acting as the liaison between teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
• Fostering collaboration across teams.
• Tracking performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in manufacturing or process industries.
• Hands-on maintenance experience (Technician or Engineer).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM frameworks.
• Understanding of maintenance techniques: preventative, predictive, corrective.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
