Responsibilities
  • Arranging site visits.
  • Liaising daily with engineers and clients.
  • Schedule technicians, engineers, and sub-contractors.
  • Minimise client disruption, manage rescheduling, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure sub-contractor orders are within budget.
  • Maximise productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders and procurement records.
  • Keep work orders up to date in management systems.
  • Maintain records of work orders and procurement.
  • Provide monthly performance reports.
  • Meet KPI targets.
  • Train/mentor staff and advise management.
  • Attend meetings, training, and conferences.
The Ideal Person
  • Experience scheduling technicians/engineers/sub-contractors.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance/property services terminology.
  • IT/database proficiency (record keeping, task management).
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Customer service experience (help desk/contact centre).
