Job summary

A local pub restaurant is seeking a part-time Maintenance DIY person to manage various maintenance jobs. This role requires a self-starter with good communication skills to address DIY tasks on-site. The ideal candidate should be organized, have basic plumbing and painting skills, and possess their own tools and a valid driving license. The position offers flexibility in scheduling approximately 6 hours a week at up to £14 an hour.

Maintenance DIY - part time hours

We are currently looking for a well presented, enthusiastic individual to undertake various DIY jobs at our busy Pub Restaurant - The Rose and Crown, Thorpe near Egham, Surrey, TW20 8QL

We are looking for someone local, who can attend emergency call outs at short notice.

Approximately 2 days a week - flexible with which days

6 hours a week

7.30am / 8am start with flexible finish times

Up to £14 an hour

The job is suitable for someone who is a self-starter with good communication skills and a passion for fixing things! You will also have your own set of basic tools please.

You must be organised with a keen eye for detail, friendly, and able to plan and prioritise your own workload.

Candidates will have a good working knowledge of some or all of the following:

• Basic Plumbing
• Painting and Decorating
• Health and Safety
• General DIY maintenance

A clean current driving license, your own vehicle and basic tools are essential
