Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance person to join our Gosforth Care home, working 20 hours per week, 4 days per week.

The successful candidate will provide daily repairs and annual preventative maintenance involving some basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and cleaning skills. As well as, building relationships with external contractors and overseeing any minor/major refurbishment or repair work required.
