Job summary
Champneys Eastwell Manor is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant with strong painting and decorating skills. You will support upkeep across our estate, ensuring facilities and guest areas are presented to the highest standard.
You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager on planned and reactive tasks to maintain the look and feel of our beautiful properties. Ideal candidates have proven painting experience and practical maintenance knowledge across building, plumbing or electrical
Qualifications
- Strong painting and decorating experience (essential).
- Good all-round maintenance knowledge including basic building, plumbing or electrical work.
- NVQ/City & Guilds and Health & Safety qualifications desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance across the property.
- Take ownership of painting, decorating and finishing tasks to a high standard.
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance to minimise disruption to guests.
- Maintain interior and exterior building fabric to look and feel of the estate.
- Support general repairs across plumbing, basic electrical and building works.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and hazard reporting.
