Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
• Plumbing tasks: Unblocking toilets, replacing washers, fixing taps & leaks, unblocking sinks, and descaling shower heads.
• Assist with re-decorating rooms: painting, decorating, mastic, grouting, siliconing.
• Perform general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
• Move furniture and perform masticking as needed.
• Report any issues.
• Handle ad hoc general maintenance roles as required.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
• Experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, tiling, masticking.
• Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
• Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
• Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
