A leading educational institution in Southampton is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Plumber. You will handle plumbing maintenance tasks to ensure the campus facilities operate smoothly. Maintenance Technician - Plumber 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Plumbing Technician to join our Estates and Facilities team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities by undertaking statutory and planned maintenance tasks, as well as reactive repairs and minor works. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
A full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in an out of hours call out rota are essential.
