Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance, facilities or property upkeep role.
• Basic health and safety knowledge and safe working practices.
• Practical, solutions-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard.
• Support planned maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resident queries.
• Identify and report issues for logging and tracking.
• Support emergency response as first-line responder.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide operational support.
