Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance, facilities or property maintenance role or similar hands-on environment.
• Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Practical and solutions-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on reactive maintenance tasks to high standards.
• Support planned maintenance and inspections to keep buildings safe and operational.
• Complete low-level repairs and general upkeep in communal areas.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resident queries promptly and professionally.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety or operational issues for logging and tracking.
• Provide operational support across the property as part of the team.
