Qualifications

• Building and maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with compliance and record keeping.
• Trade background preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic repairs and maintenance on site.
• Ensure environment is safe, clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain high standards of record keeping and reporting.
• Coordinate with facilities manager on larger projects.
• Oversee grounds upkeep.
