Sanctuary Care in Worcester, Worcestershire is seeking a Maintenance Operative for Juniper House Residential Care Home, Worcester, WR2 5FJ. The role involves practical repair work, health and safety checks and coordinating contractor visits to maintain a high standard of care and home environment.

The position offers 39 hours per week at £14.00 per hour, with a benefits package including generous annual leave, sick pay, pension and career development opportunities within a not-for-profit

Competenze

• Practical experience in minor repairs, basic plumbing and DIY.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols (Legionella awareness desirable).
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Valid driving licence and access to transport.
• Confidence using an iPad or laptop for compliance tasks.

Your role
