David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our premium health and wellness environment. You will ensure that all equipment is fully functioning, maintaining safety for members and staff and delivering an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

The role requires multitrade skills (carpentry/plumbing/electrics), Pool Plant Operators qualification, and a valid driving licence to travel between clubs within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across trades such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is required.
• A full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within the region.
• Strong engagement and active listening skills with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair club facilities and equipment to ensure safety and a high-quality member experience.
• Oversee pool plant operations and routine maintenance.
• Travel between clubs within your region to cover maintenance needs.

About You

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
