Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our clubs’ facilities and equipment in top condition. You will work across site with practical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work to ensure safety and deliver a premium member experience every day.

A Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) and a valid full driving licence are essential, as you’ll travel between clubs within your region.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or equivalent) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within your region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is functional to keep members and colleagues safe.
• Maintain club facilities and environments to support a premium experience.
• Collaborate with team to deliver outstanding service every day, across 7 days.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
