Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team across our UK clubs. You will be responsible for keeping equipment fully functional and ensuring safety is at the forefront, while delivering an excellent member experience daily.

We value practical technical skills, a Pool Plant Qualification, a valid driving licence, and strong communication abilities to coordinate between clubs and teams.

Qualifications

• Technical skills or discipline ( Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics ) – Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel between clubs
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all club equipment to ensure it is fully functioning and safe
• Contribute to a high standard of member experience every day, 7 days a week
