Were looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled technician to join our busy property services team. Youll work on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial sites across the North, handling maintenance and small construction tasks.

What Youll Do

• Carry out repairs and maintenance (carpentry, basic electrics, painting & more)
• Support small projects and site setups
• Communicate with site teams and tenants
