Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking a Maintenance Operative to help keep guest accommodations and on-site facilities in top condition. You will respond to callouts, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and communicate any outstanding issues to the team.

The role supports a part-time schedule at Whinfell Forest with a guaranteed 64 hours across a 4-week cycle, and shifts on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A driving licence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team, ensuring the upkeep and safety of guest accommodation and on-site facilities through effective maintenance and problem-solving.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to maintenance callouts and resolve issues promptly

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall on Monday and Friday only, between 8:30am to 5:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings and bank holidays

About you
