Come and join us! We currently have an exciting and permanent opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our team in Willand, Devon.

This position involves working days - Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm. The rate of pay is £14.78 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

Our Maintenance Operatives are an essential part of our site team. Your key responsibilities will include working within a team to:

• Perform general painting as required
• Carry out general carpentry tasks
• Assist in maintaining the grounds around the site
• Collect parts required by engineering from offsite when needed
• Perform general building maintenance
• Work in a manner that complies with all Health and Safety requirements
• Assist engineers and electricians as required
• Work effectively both as part of a team and independently

Ideal Candidate:

As our Maintenance Operative, you will:

• Have experience with general DIY duties
• Be able to plan and organise your workload
• Work unsupervised to the standards set by your supervisor
• Be an effective communicator
• Have a good understanding of English
• Possess a clean UK driving license
