An established institution is seeking a dedicated full-time decorator/builder to join a skilled maintenance team. This role involves ensuring the upkeep of school buildings and grounds, performing a variety of tasks from painting and minor repairs to assisting with plumbing and emergency duties. We are seeking to recruit a full-time decorator/builder to work with a team of 6 staff responsible for the general condition and upkeep of all the school’s infrastructure, including buildings on the main site, grounds, and other associated sites. The maintenance team manages the upkeep of the school’s infrastructure across King’s College School and Wimbledon College Prep School.
The role involves 40 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. Some Saturday mornings may be required for Open Days and school events, paid as overtime.
