Our clients are leading student accommodation providers in London with multiple sites across zones 1 & 2. They are hiring Maintenance Operatives to join their in-house teams at various sites. These are static positions, and the working pattern is 5 days over 7 on a rota, typically working 1 weekend per month (with two days off during the week).

Your new role

As a Maintenance Operative, you will work within a student accommodation site as part of the in-house maintenance team. Duties include:

• Patch plastering
• Basic carpentry (minor door repairs, handles, frames, etc.)
• Basic plumbing (changing taps, fixing leaks, etc.)

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in maintenance works, ideally within a commercial property environment. You will also require:

• Experience in some or most of the above duties
• Be organized, punctual, and reliable
