Job description

Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier. Oversee maintenance of common part areas, including painting, basic plumbing, and basic carpentry (including door hanging), which is essential. Additionally, the role involves lock changing (essential), gardening (including fencing), bathrooms and kitchen repairs, furniture/rubbish removals, and cleaning (desirable).

Reactive property repairs are carried out at residential tenanted properties, where some tenants are complex/vulnerable, and therefore the candidate must be comfortable working with sometimes challenging clients.

Essential Requirements:

• Basic carpentry including door hanging
• Lock changing

Desirable Requirements:

• Cleaning

Knowledge Essential:

• Basic knowledge of electrics
• Previous experience as a maintenance operative in multisite

Desirable Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of gas boilers & electric heating systems
